GPS Remodeling will obtain necessary permits as specified in project contracts. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with HOA requirements and local ordinances not covered by standard building permits.

Changes and Modifications

Any changes to the original project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. Change orders will be processed according to the terms outlined in individual contracts.

Cancellation Policy

Intellectual Property
